what we do when we spend some time in prayer.

Be sure to mark your calendars for the 50th annual St.
Peter’s Parish Dinner Dance, taking place at the North
Hempstead Country Club, on Friday, November 20, 2015!
The Golden Gala: A Celebration of Faith, Family &
Friends, promises to be a sparkling event, as adult
members of our Parish and Port Community gather in
shimmer and style to mix, mingle, dine and dance, all to
generate much-needed funding for our beloved Parish and
its various ministries.
And the search for iconic Church memorabilia has begun!
Please consider loaning your precious Church collectables
to the Gala for display on the St. Peter’s Golden Wall of
Fame: A Collection of Items Representing our Solid Faith
Foundation. All items will be treasured and returned
safely.
Stay tuned for flashes of glistening detail, and to see how
you can help and join the celebration, ring co-chairs Patty
Harper (516-232-6405; [email protected]) or Deb
Wrynn (917-449-0228; [email protected]).
We are grateful this week for all stewards in our
parish who recognize that although each of us has our
own unique gifts to share, our mission is the same - to
serve others and help build God’s kingdom.
