Where:
Rehearsals for the All County Band will be at Winter Springs High School
Rehearsal Schedule:
Thursday, January 29, 2015 - 6:30 – 9:00 pm at Winter Springs HS (on stage)
Friday, January 30, 2015 - 8:30 am – 4:30 pm at Winter Springs HS (on stage)
Saturday, January 31, 2015 9:00 am – 12 noon at Winter Springs HS (in band room)
Concert:
Saturday, January 31st
Students will report at 6:45 pm. The Concert will begin at 7:30 pm at Winter Springs High
School
General Information
Please wear better than average school clothes to rehearsals. Please bring a music stand for
your rehearsals. You might not need the stand till Saturday, but bring it just in case.
Car pool to rehearsals. There is not enough parking at Winter Springs. Please ride together. If
you need a ride to any rehearsals or the concert, please let Miss Berry or Mrs. King know. Let
us know as soon as possible.
On Friday, we will meet at Winter Springs. You will need money for lunch as you will be going
off campus in school buses for food. We will break for lunch at 11:15 and return to continue
rehearsing by 12:30 p.m.
The concert on Saturday is free and open to the public. Seating is limited. Ask your parents and
other guests to arrive early to find a seat or they may have to stand.
You will wear you concert uniforms for the concert. This will include your black tuxedo pants,
black tuxedo shirt, black socks, black shoes and the button cover.
Please behave. Do not talk in rehearsals unless asked a specific question. Be early to all events.
There is a huge problem when someone enters late to any rehearsal or concert. Plan for bad
traffic. After the concert, we will take a picture of our group. Please remain after and
remember to thank our hosts (Winter Springs) and your conductor Dr. Boulden.
