NSTFDC, a PSU under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Govt. of India, is primarily
engaged in providing concessional financial assistance for economic development of
Scheduled Tribes through its Channelizing Agencies in the States/UTs.
NSTFDC is looking for suitable professionals for the following posts in its Head
office on direct recruitment basis:

Job Profile: Implementation of financial/ accounting policies, preparation of annual
accounts, planning & budgeting, fund management and investment, taxation, auditing,
financial appraisal of schemes, monitoring, etc.

Dy. Company Secretary -UR (i) Degree in Arts/Science/Com. with Membership of
the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

(IDA pattern) E-3 level

relevant field of which 3 years in the executive level.
Desirable: CA / ICWA / LLB.
Job Profile: Thorough knowledge of provisions of the company law, all statutory
requirements and their compliance, conducting board meetings/ AGMs, handling of
statutory and govt. audit, drafting legal documents, coordination and liaison with DPE
and other Govt. institutions, good writing & communication skills, etc.
General information & conditions:
1. The age limit for the post of Manager(Fin.)/ Dy. Company Secretary is 37 years on the
closing date. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD as per Central Govt. guidelines.
2. Only Indian Nationals should apply. Reservation of post(s) as per Govt. of India
Guidelines.
3. In addition to the CTC mentioned above, Performance Related Pay (PRP),
hospitalization expenses reimbursement for self & dependents, house building and
conveyance advance, group insurance, etc., are eligible as per rules.
4. The short-listed candidates only shall be called for an interview by the Selection
Committee. Merely fulfilling the prescribed eligibility conditions will not vest any right
in the candidate for being called for interview/ selection.
5. Candidates working in Government/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies should apply through
proper channel or produce ‘’No Objection Certificate’’ from their present employer at
the time of interview.
