Idea Cellular Limited an Aditya Birla Group Company is looking for
Fresh Engineering Graduates for their Networks Department.
Students from the Electronics & Communication Specialization
who don’t have any arrears can apply for this role.
The location of the selected candidates can be anywhere in Kerala.
The selection process will consist of online test, group discussion and
personal interview.
The students shortlisted based on the Online test will be called to our
Cochin Circle Office for the final round of the process i.e.Group Discussion
and Personal Interview. (The cost of travel will be reimbursed)
Selected candidates will have 1 month induction. Based on the skills and
competencies exhibited during the induction period they will be given
suitable profile.
The selected candidates will be on probation for a period of 12 months
during which they will be getting Rs. 3.5 lpa as compensation.
On successful completion of 12 months their performance will be evaluated
and if found satisfactory they will be confirmed as Assistant Manager and
their compensation will be increased to Rs. 4 lpa.
