This is with reference to your letter / e-mail expressing interest in participating in the
42nd Orientation Course organized by the UGC Academic Staff College, JNT University
Hyderabad. We are happy to inform that, you have been provisionally selected for the above Course
to be organized from 02-02-2015 to 28-02-2015.

Participants should submit the relief letter from the Head of the Institution at the time of
Registration.
No participant is allowed to leave the course in the middle unless she/he is permitted on
genuine grounds by the UGC-ASC. In that case the participant has to attend the session
during the next OC to get the certificate. No participant is allowed to go on-duty during the
Course period.
The course is scheduled at 10.00 AM on 02nd February, 2015, at the UGC Academic Staff
College, JNT University Hyderabad, Kukatpally, Hyderabad – 500 085. You have to report at 9.30
A.M. on 02nd February, 2015 for registration. Kindly confirm your participation through e-mail /
FAX / Courier on or before 29-01-2015 without fail. Looking forward to meet you on 02-02-2015.

Note:


All the Out-station participants may report at Guest House, JNT University, Hyderabad, for
accommodation. However, no accommodation is possible for the family members of the
participants.
17-02-2015 being a holiday, the course work of the day shall be compensated on a Sunday.
Participants may be required to stay for another day after 28-02-2015, if such adjustment is
not feasible.
