office of the undersigned on or before05.02.2015.up to 16.00 Hrs.
The Tender Inviting Authority shall not be responsible for any postal
delay or loss of documents for physical submission through
RPAD/speed post/Courier.

The Tender inviting Authority resaves the right to accept or reject any or all the tender to be received
without assigning any reasons thereof.
Bidder shall have to post their queries on E-mail Address: [email protected] before dated
31.01.2015 up to 17.00 hrs. NOTE:-VAT Registration Certificate issued by VAT department of DNH is
essential or tender will be considered who has applied for registration with DNH VAT department on
production of receipt of fees paid or those agencies who have no registration with DNH VAT
department, shall have to produce affidavit ensuring that they shall obtain DNH VAT registration before
issuing work order (within 10 days) if there bid is found LI otherwise EMD will be forfeited without
assigning any reason.
