Tender should be addressed to the undersigned and dropped in the sealed Tender Box of this office within 06.02.2015 till 01.30 P.M. in a sealed cover superscribed “Tender for Cot etc” for Boo Ali Muslim Boys’ Hostel in the capital letters. The name & the address of the Tenderer shall be written on the cover in bold letters. Rate should be quoted for the items in Indian Rupees in figures as well as in words. Tender shall be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their authorized representatives, if they so desire and the date of opening of Tenders is 06.02.2015 at 2.30 P.M. Tender papers should be submitted with following documents :1. i) ii) iii) iv) v) vi) FDR for Rs.40,000/- in the name of Chief Executive Officer, Board of Wakfs, W.B as Earnest Money. Attested Photo copy of Valid Trade License for particular Trade. Attested Photo copy of Income Tax Return, Attested Photo Copy of Vat/Sale Tax Clearance/Vat Reg. Certificate. Attested Photo Copy of Professional Tax Certificate Credentials issued by Govt. Offices, if any. 2. If any Tenderer fails to comply with any terms and conditions of the Tenders his/her Tender is liable to be cancelled without any information. 3. The representative of the firm may contact the Accounts Officer or Hostel Sectionin-Charge for details and specifications. 4. Acceptance of any offer is not obligatory. The undersigned reserves the right to reject or accept any offer without assigning any reason whatsoever. The undersigned also reserves the right to change or alter the terms and conditions and his decision in all respect is final and binding upon all concerned. 5. The successful contractor must complete the work within specified 1 (one) month period from the date of work order. No extension of time will be allowed except in special case. If any contractor fails to complete the work within stipulated time the work order issued in his favour will be cancelled and the earnest money in that case will be in that case the undersigned may proceed to get the balance work completed through other contractor. No claim of the defaulting contractor will be entertained. 6. Earnest money of the successful tenderers will be converted into security deposit. The Security Deposit will be released after satisfactory completion of the Security period after completion of the work. The contractor will have to repair any damage/defect, if detected within the security period, at his own cost. The security period is of 6 (six) months from the date of successful completion of work. Earnest money of un- successful Tenderers will be refunded immediately after finalisation of Tender. 7. Incomplete and defective tender will be rejected summarily.
