Physical submission of tender fees in form of DD & EMD in form of FDR, Registration
Certificate of the Manufacture/whole whole Dealer/Supplier, Experience Certificate for
similar work certificate of VAT Registration, ST/CST/VAT Registration Number with 23/02/2015. 15.00 hrs.
Certificate, PAN number, Attested copy of Income Tax return for last three year and other
document etc. In the Hard copy in the office of the tender inviting Authority by RPAD /
Speed post or to be deposited in the tender box kept in the office the undersigned of district
Panchayat. In case Physical submission through RPAD / Speed post the Tender Inviting
Authority shall not be responsible for any postal delay or loss of document.

*Bidder has to submit price bid in Electronic Format only on https://dnh.nprocure.com website till the date and time for
submission. Price Bid in physical format shall not be accepted in any case.
The Tender fees is non refundable even in case of non opening of Price Bid due to the disqualification of the Bidder.
The Tender Inviting Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tender to be received without assigning any
reasons thereof.
Bidder shall have to post their queries on E-mail Address: [email protected] on or before 19.02.2015 upto 15.00 hrs.
The tender form along with all details including schedules and terms and conditions can be down loaded from the Web Site
https://dnh.nprocure.com. Or the tender notice can be viewed in the www.dnh.nic.in. The tender fees (non refundable) in
form of DD in favour of Chief Executive Officer(DP), D&NH, Silvassa may be kept in Technical Bid along with above
mandatory documents. The price shall be opened to those agencies who qualify in technical bid.
