INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES:
1) Those who have graduated in the earlier years and not have obtained their degree certificate have
to pay additional search fee of Rs.100-00 per year for Regular Students & Rs. 150-00 per
year for DDE Students along with the fee prescribed.
2) a) Those who have not paid the convocation fees at the colleges /Centres, and applying
for degree Certificates shall apply through any Post Office e-pay service.(Within
Karnataka State only) OR can pay using ATM Card (Debit Card)/Credit Card/
Internet Banking through Payment Gateway (PayU) facility of State Bank of Mysore.
b) If the Students wants to apply for Degree from Outside Karnataka have to pay using
ATM Card (Debit Card)/Credit Card/Internet Banking through Payment
Gateway (PayU) facility of State Bank of Mysore
3) The Venue, date and time of the 25th Convocation will be intimated later by publishing separate
notification in news papers and on the web site. Notification will be sent to all affiliated &
constituent Colleges and distance education study centers
