Indonesia: PPP and Professional Services 24-27 February 2015 A high-level programme managed by the British Embassy in Jakarta focussing on PPP opportunities in the Infrastructure sector Indonesia is the fourth most populous country in the world and the fastest growing emerging market in ASEAN. Infrastructure development is needed to support and boost economic development. However, there is only limited availability of public sector finance. The Government of Indonesia recognises this challenge and in July 2014 formed The Committee of Infrastructure Priorities Development Acceleration (KPPIP), enabling progress on PPP projects to commence. KPPIP is currently in the process of revising PPP regulations to cover more sectors such as social infrastructure. The Embassy will invite senior private and public sector guests in the infrastructure and project finance sectors. 27 February 2015 Departure from Jakarta, Mission ends Transport, Accommodation and OMIS A transport and accommodation package has been arranged for the delegation.
