Position Summary:
Pact seeks the Nurses for Mobile Health Clinic project which will implement health mobile
clinic in Madaya Township in Mandalay Division. The project addresses child nutrition, and
maternal and child healthcare.
Under the leadership of the Medical Officer (Team Leader), Nurse is responsible to successful
implementation of the mobile health clinic team activities. He/she is also responsible for
coordination with other medical teams and projects implementing in the same project area for
effective implementation.
The position requires a high degree of integrity, professionalism, flexibility and creativity.

 Coordinate for the effective mobile team operation and logistic
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of Medical Officer (Team Leader), mobile clinic nurse is responsible for
Operating mobile clinic activity
 Operating mobile team activities in accordance with approved work plan
 Registration patients in mobile clinic
 Assist medical doctors in clinical service provision for Maternal and child hood illness,
nutrition and common childhood illness and general illness to patients and refer to health
facilities as necessary during mobile team visit
 Counseling of pregnant women and other cases for laboratory testing, family planning
and any other health issue
 Assist community facilitator’s HE session for MCH, nutrition and other common
childhood illness to community during mobile team visit
Stock management
 Keeping record of day to day utilization of pharmaceutical and other health products
 Assist team leader for preparing monthly consumption report of pharmaceutical and
other health products
 Assist team leader for requesting pharmaceutical and other health products from main
store
 Ensuring all health and pharmaceutical products are kept in accordance with standard
Reporting

Collecting data of day to day mobile clinic activity including HE sessions and report to mobile
team leader
Coordination




Linkage closely with Pact trained volunteer in villages for home based care of some patients as
necessary
Discuss with the team leader on ongoing activities, problems encountered in conducting
activities
Working closely with other mobile team in township for cross learning and improving
skill for service provision
Perform any other duties as required and assigned by mobile team leader

Minimum Requirements:
 Must be a Nurse and valid practice license
 Preferably relevant work experiences (clinical service provision) for at least 1 year
 Must base in township and willing to travel hard to reach villages
 Excellent writing and communications skills including report writing
 Able to work flexible hours as needed, and without constant or close supervision;
 Excellent time management skills;
 Result oriented and target driven;
 Able to work with team, lead the team to be more pro-active and motivated, and assist
team
members for overcoming any foreseen or unforeseen problems;
