Position Summary: Under the supervision of Program Manager, Program Officer – Training is responsible for implementing the capacity development activities for Health Capacity Development Unit. The training officer is expected to prove his/her expertise in developing training curriculum, providing training, conducting surveys/assessments, mentoring and coaching for the capacity development of the local partners.
