2015 Exhibition Set-Up Schedule:
Exhibitors may set-up on Wednesday March 11, 2015 from Noon to 4:30 p.m. and
Thursday, March 12, 2015, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
OPENS TO ATTENDEES AT 6:00 p.m. Thursday.
Convention Center ceiling clearance is 25' from the floor.
Because of local Union Rules exhibitors will need to contact Blaine Convention Services for
move-in, set-up and moving-out of booths. Refer to page entitled “Display Labor” in Blaine
Information Pack. Blaine Convention Services may be reached at 800.637.7343. Some
exhibitors will be asked to set-up early due to their need for a forklift. These exhibitors will be
notified by mail or phone.
Exhibitors may set-up their own display, if such set-ups can be done by one person within a
half-hour’s time, without the use of tools. See page entitled "Union Labor Questions" in Blaine

Breakdown of Booths:
Dismantling of exhibits shall begin at the close of the show, 6 p.m., Saturday, March 14, 2015.
The Exhibit Hall will close at 10 p.m. Exhibits requiring more time for tear down must make
arrangements with Blaine Convention Services.
Freight Entrance:
Truck Entrance to "Hall C" at the Long Beach Convention Center is off Seaside Way at the
exhibit building. There is very limited parking for tractor-semis.
Exhibit Booth Staff Pre-Registration:

Please list all your booth/tabletop staff on the form entitled EXHIBIT BOOTH STAFF PREREGISTRATION FORM that can be printed off the Westernshow.com wed site. WPSS must
receive your list by fax 800.787.7727 no later than March 9, 2015. Your EXHIBIT BOOTH STAFF
badges will be waiting for your employees beginning at 8:00 A.M. Thursday at the EXHIBITOR
REGISTRATION BOOTH in the lobby of the convention center.
NO BADGES ARE MAILED
Temporary Exhibitor Badges:
Temporary ID tags MUST BE PICKED-UP AND WORN By SET-UP CREWS. They will be issued at
the Exhibitor Information booth across from the Blaine Service Desk. Exhibitors will need to
pay for parking at Convention rates.
PERMANENT EXHIBITOR badges will be available after 8 a.m., Thursday at the Exhibitor
Registration Booth located in the Arena Lobby. BOOTHS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE
BADGES WILL BE ISSUED.
Water Services:
Exhibitors that require spas or equipment to be filled and drained must contact Gloria
Wilson at [email protected] to make arrangements in advance. There will
be an extra charge for this service. Please see Water Fill/Drain Form online.

Exhibitor Mixer:
We will be having the popular Exhibitor Mixer on Thursday, March 12, 2015 between 4:00
AND 5:00 p.m. Mixer will include delicious finger food and drinks. The mixer is being held in
the waterscape area on the exhibit floor before the opening ceremony, Come and enjoy.
