VNS Virginia Neurological Society Established 1972 VNS Exhibitor Information Friday, January 30 – 8:30 am to 1:00 pm & Saturday, January 31, 2014- 8:30 am to 12:00 pm The 43rd Annual Meeting of the Virginia Neurological Society will be held January 30-February 1, 2015, at The Homestead in Hot Springs, Virginia. The price for exhibit space is $1,200. Exhibits will be displayed in the Crystal Ballroom, directly adjacent to the main conference room. The Scientific Session will be held Friday morning, January 30, 2015. Exhibit hours are 8:30 am until 1:00 pm on Friday. You are invited to exhibit also on Saturday morning, January 31, 2015, from 8:30 am until 12:00 pm: a one-hour educational session and the business meeting will be held Saturday morning. Coffee will be served each morning in the exhibit area. Scheduled breaks with refreshments will be held on Friday and before the business meeting on Saturday morning. Participants will be encouraged from the podium to visit with the exhibitors. Space is limited and will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. To reserve space, complete the Exhibitor Confirmation Form (below) and return it to the VNS on or before December 31, 2014. Checks should be made payable to the Virginia Neurological Society.
