He collided with another vehicle driven by Bradley Kerfoot. MANCHESTER, Tyler Theodore, 20, Calahoo On August 7, 2011, Tyler Manchester was scuba diving in Jasper National Park when he began to have issues which resulted in a rapid ascent causing an air embolism. FOURNIER, Rodney, 29, High Level On June 30, 2011, Rodney Fournier was found unresponsive in the doorway of a shelter. LEWIS, Corey Jason, 39, Okotoks On July 18, 2010, Corey Lewis was shot during an altercation with RCMP members. PEEACE, Corwin Allan, 40, Calgary On June 10, 2011, Corey Peeace was shot and killed during an armed confrontation with the Calgary Police Service. PIERCEY, Adam, 26, Fort McMurray On May 21, 2009, Adam Piercey was pinned and asphyxiated by a hydraulic articulating boom crane secured to a flat deck truck. BULL, Chevelle Madison, 35 weeks, Camrose On December 12, 2010, Chevelle Bull became unresponsive following administration of a high flow of oxygen through her tracheostomy tube. GIROUX, Bernard Emery, 37, Driftpile First Nations Reserve On November 20, 2010, Bernard Giroux was shot and killed after a prolonged standoff with police. BULUK, Morbe Anthony, 18, Medicine Hat On February 16, 2010, Morbe Buluk was involved in a fist fight and sustained a head injury. Later that night he was arrested and taken to a cell. He was found unresponsive the next morning and transported to hospital but his condition deteriorated and he died on February 21, 2010. MAHON, Darby, 49, Onoway On January 1, 2011, Darby Mahon was shot during an altercation with RCMP. BIRD, Mya Shiningstar, 13 weeks, Irrcana On September 23, 2011, Mya Shiningstar Bird was found unresponsive in a play pen. ELIASON, Verna Esther, 78, Mayerthorpe On March 5, 2010, Verna Eliason was found unresponsive in her hospital room following a fall in her long-term care centre the day before. CATTLEMAN, Fenton, 16, Hobemma On May 23, 2011, Fenton Cattleman sustained a fatal head injury. He was transported to hospital where he underwent surgery and died on May 24, 2011. BELL, Elizabeth Ann, 72, Ponoka On February 19, 2013, Elizabeth Bell was found unresponsive in her residence, partially suspended on her walker from her Lifeline necklace cord. SPIEWAK, Peter Dominik, 32, Calgary On October 20, 2011, Peter Spiewak was shot during an armed altercation with the Calgary Police Service. HOLMES, David Marshall, 35, Calgary On November 26, 2011, David Marshall died in hospital from complications of thermal injuries after being scalded by bath water on October 23, 2011. RAWLINGS, Jonathan George, 36, Calgary On August 11, 2011, Jonathan Rawlings was shot and killed during an armed confrontation with the Calgary Police.
