To provide administration and support services relating to MIS and Data to the Data Coordinator at our Skills Centres in Wakefield and Leeds, with travel to our Sheffield and Bishop Auckland offices. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • To be responsible for checking all student data before submitting to relevant funding partner • To be the point of contact for allocated funding partners in relation to student data • Liaise with funding partners regarding student data and bursary issues • To attend all team meetings and take minutes accordingly • To provide administrative support to Skill Centre Data Coordinator • To support centre administrators with data queries / enrolment paperwork • Deal with data issues/enquiries in a timely manner Controlled by H.R Dept Sept 2014 V0.3 Ref num: 50 •

Prepare for open events and taster sessions To carry out monthly ILR reconciliations with Data Coordinator To undertake audit compliance checks in line To verify data with Centre Coordinators and Lead IV to ensure data accuracy on a monthly basis General administration and housekeeping duties Inform funding partners of changes in student status within 5 working days To monitor the inputting of student data onto Sunesis Traveling between Skill Centres KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED ESSENTIAL • Excellent communications skills both face to face and remote • Excellent IT skills including full knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages • NVQ Level 3 In Business Administration • Ability to work unsupervised and work well as part of a team • Must have excellent organizational skills • Good time management skills • Full driving license with Business Insurance and comfortable travelling as required DESIRABLE • Ideal candidate would have experience of data management a good knowledge of EFA and SFA funding guidance and audit requirements The main duties and responsibilities shown above are not exhaustive but should merely be regarded as a guide.
