It is with gratitude that we must begin this new semester for all the kindness, love and faith we have
received. Gratitude precedes joy. The more gratitude we express, the more we will find ourselves joyful.
The Bible says, “We must count it all joy; that we must rejoice in trials and tribulations and that in all things
we must give thanks.” (James 1:2-4; I Thess. 5:18) These are important values which will allow us to
overcome. As we face new challenges we must continually remind ourselves of God´s goodness on our
lives, both in recalling the past victories and the former miracles. This year we invite you to live a life of
gratitude. Keep a list of all the things in which you can be grateful for or count with joy. Do not allow
murmuring and complaining as these destroy joy and close the door to receiving the miracles we pray for.
With gratitude for each teacher, student, parent and worker of our Arca School Community.
