EFLECTION, a group art exhibition
featuring 62 works of art by 32
Abstract Art Collective members is on
view at The Harris and Fredda Meisel
Gallery of Art through April 17th. An opening
reception will take place on Friday, January
23rd, from 5 to 7pm.
“The Abstract Art Collective keeps abstract
art alive and kicking through their exhibitions,
exposing audiences to the important fact their
members’ abstract art is not about nothing. At
its very core and at its most potent, abstract
art is about something. Ideas and feelings
can be spiritual, timeless, contemplative,
transcendental, chaotic, or expressive,” shared
exhibit juror and curator Rita Ferri, Visual
Arts Coordinator and Curator of Collections,
Santa Barbara Arts Commission.
Reflection aspires to create an engaging
and inspirational environment for patients,
their families, and friends during their
healing process. On view are abstract works in
varying media including painting, photography,
printmaking, and collage.

Galería de Arte de Harris y Fredda Meisel: Reflexión
R
