The architectural firm Zeigler/Cooper is helping us develop a Master Plan. You may have heard me preach about this over the past weeks. If so, we are undertaking step 1 in this process today. If you don’t know anything about a Master Plan let me recap… A master plan is a planning process that takes into account of the needs, desires, hopes and dreams of a parish and attempts to formulate a path forward to achieve as many of those things as possible. These plans are usually guided by an architectural firm. Those guys are “expert listeners” and planners. We have chosen Zeigler/Cooper after an area wide search and interview process. They have done extensive work in the archdiocese for years. Your parishioner peers (a committee of 6) interviewed and advised the pastor to hire them. So, what is step 1? A survey. This Saturday/Sunday at Mass we will take time to walk thru this survey and invite you to fill it out. If you missed church this week there are plenty of other options for this survey: tear it out from the bulletin and turn in, a copy was mailed to your address or you can fill it out online (see website/app for link). This survey becomes your voice on paper and it will influence the outcome of this master plan. Don’t get left behind-fill out the survey! We want and need your input! www.facebook.com/HFYoungPeople www.facebook.com/groups/GalvCathYA/ Peace & Good, fr. richard www.facebook.com/AdultEdHolyFamilyGB [email protected] VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL Holy Family Parish June 20 - June 24, 2016 9:00 am - 12 (noon) Parish Life Center Auditorium Ages 5 through 5th Grade Children with disabilities with a care provider are welcome Cost $15.00 per participant (includes T-Shirt) Deadline for registration is Tuesday, June 15, 2016 to guarantee a T-Shirt Please return registration form to Holy Family Parish, 1010 35th Street, Galveston, TX 77550 For more information call 409-762-9646 (one registration per child) Please Print Child’s Name: _____________________________________________________________________________________________________ T-Shirt Size: Children’s (6-8) (10-12) (14-16) Adult M Adult L Adult XL Street Address: ___________________________________________________________________ City: ___________________________ Home Telephone: ( ) Parent E-mail Address: ________________________________________ School Grade just Completed: _________________ Age: _______________ Date of Birth: __________/___________/_______________ Parent’s Name: ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ Work Phone: (_________)__________________________________ Cell Phone: (__________)___________________________________ Emergency Contact Name: _________________________________ Emergency Contact Phone Number: (______)___________________ One June 20 - 24, between 9 am and 12 (noon) parent/guardians phone number will be: (_______)_________________________________ Allergies or other medical concerns: ___________________________________________________________________________________ I am the parent/guardian of _________________________________________________________ and I give permission and agree to the following: 1.
