MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Degree / Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery plus 1 year post basic qualification in PHC.
Registration with South Africa Nursing Council as a Professional Nurse and Midwife
Proof of current registration as a Professional Nurse with SANC,
A minimum of 9 years appropriate / recognizable experience after registration as a Professional
Nurse and Midwife, with the SANC,
Five (5) years of the period referred to above, must be appropriate / recognizable experience after
obtaining a 1 year post basic qualification in PHC.

Implement staff development and performance by implementing EPMDS and other related human
resource policies.
Administer Clinical Treatment to acute patients and make appropriate referrals.
Monitor Infection Control measures within the clinic.
Ensure implementation, monitoring and evaluation of all programmes.
Plan and monitor the use of budget for the clinic
