 Order of the Arrow ­ Section NE­3A High Adventure Scholarship Application Section NE­3A’s High Adventure scholarship was created to help Arrowman across the section attend one of the several high adventure opportunities provided by the Order of the Arrow. This scholarship will go to the applicant who has been deemed most deserving of the scholarship by the selection committee. Each applicant must fill out the application, receive a signature of approval from his lodge adviser, write a personal letter of interest, and submit at least one letter of recommendation. Applicants will be asked to describe their financial situation, as financial need will be one of the factors in determining the recipient(s) of scholarship funding. This information will be kept strictly confidential. Applications and supporting information must be mailed to the Seneca Waterways Council Scout Office by April 4, 2015. The scholarship amount is set at a maximum $250 and only one scholarship is guaranteed for 2015. The recipient of the scholarship will be announced at ​
