KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Teaching and Assessment Educational Delivery Health and Safety Administration • Carry out academic teaching and assessment role for courses indicated • Select and apply teaching and/or learning strategies to promote effective learning consistent with individual student learning needs • Participate in the process of student evaluations, modifying teaching practices where required • Ensure effective communication skills in learning situations related to own discipline are applied. • Ensure teaching and/or learning strategies are selected and applied to promote effective learning consistent with individual student learning needs. • Recognise student learning difficulties and arrange appropriate support • Demonstrate that practices are informed by the current body of knowledge about effective training and learning Ensure compliance at all times to meet the requirements of the Food Act (1981) and Food Hygiene Regulations (1974) • Complete all academic administrative tasks • WITT RESPONSIBILITIES Te Tiriti o Waitangi Maintain an understanding of the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and the ability to incorporate those principles into the working environment.
