“Happy New Year” and welcome to 2015 this will be a very positive year
The renovations are in full swing, we are starting the year with a lovely
clean Centre thanks to the hard working team Marg, Lou ,Chris, Robert and
Ronda, the kitchens are lovey and clean and all the black chairs have been
steamed cleaned and Scotch guarded so please help keep them clean .
Extra Big Thankyou everyone that helped with the end of the year party all
your kind words and well wishes do help to make it a very special day I do
hope you enjoyed the day as much as I did , its also a great opportunity to
thank staff and Volunteers

Any fitness level can come along as the group divides into 3 smaller groups.
Walking is one of the simplest way to improve your health and can make a great difference to your heart while reducing stress levels, just by getting out and about in
your local area, enjoy the beach, gardens and parks. meeting new people and making new friends. Next Beach day 10th February pick up map in office.
