Biggest Challenge Contestants!
The Fitness Department at In Motion Fitness would like to congratulate you on your decision to join our Biggest Challenge program! Whether your challenge is commitment, accountability, weight loss, muscle gain,
cardiovascular endurance or just simply staying on track we are here to help you!
1. All contestants are put on a team that best fits with their schedule.
2. Each team has a designated Personal Trainer “Coach” as their leader.
3. Your Personal Trainer and Health Coach* will provide a monthly assessment including: body weight; body
measurements and body composition (lean to fat ratio). *Health Coaches provided by Live the Lifestyle.
4. Your team will meet two times per week for approximately 1 hour. All classes will be based on multi-level
training. We encourage you to practice modifications and let your trainer know if you aren’t comfortable
with an exercise.
5. A complimentary/makeup class is offered Saturday at 9:00-10:00am. In the event you cannot attend a complimentary/makeup class you will be encouraged to schedule a “Fit Start” appointment with a personal trainer.
“Fit Start” includes a brief assessment, introduction to cardiovascular equipment and a resistance program
designed specifically for you. The cost is $15.
6. Most of the classes will be held in the Personal Training Studio. However, this as well as the format of the
class is determined by your Personal Trainer.
7. Please sign-in on the roll sheet. Please include your e-mail address and telephone number.
8. If you miss a class you can do a make up in any of the Biggest Challenge classes on the schedule or use the
complimentary Saturday class for make-up. Missed classes cannot be carried over to the next session.
No refunds.
9. Program fee - members pay $80/month – EFT. Non members pay $109/month – EFT. This is a three month
program requiring a three month commitment. Payment for the full 3-month program will also be accepted.
Members pay $240 in advance. Non-Members pay $327 in advance (Includes 3 trial month membership).
10. Electronic Funds Payments require a 14 day notice to cancel! NO REFUNDS!
11. Non-Members will receive a 3-month trial membership. Non-members MUST see Membership department to complete necessary paper work to activate their trial membership. Please contact the membership department for more information regarding up grades to a double or family membership.
12. Although we have start dates for all sessions you can begin YOUR Challenge anytime! You will be integrated into the TEAM that best fits your schedule.
13. Best Female, Best Male & Best Teamwork are announced on a quarterly bases. Results based on % of weight loss &
physical improvement.
14. Since we encourage getting on the NEVER ending road to Health & Fitness we encourage our easy, stress
free payment plan continuous enrollment. (EFT $80/month - members $109/month non-members).

15. Success rate improves 50% when you journal.
