Cornerstone is a 26 hour escape from the every day. It’s a chance to get closed with God in the company of fellow Catholic men. Burning of Palms Fat Tuesday is the traditional name for the day before Ash Wednesday, the first day of Lent. It is more commonly known as Mardi Gras, which is simply Fat Tuesday in French.
