VENDORS WANTED for the Slippery Rock Area Elementary Winter Carnival The SRAE PTCC is holding its second annual Winter Carnival on Saturday, February 21, 2015 from 10am to 3pm at Slippery Rock Area Elementary. Enjoy the chance to share your business, skills or wares with both the SRAE community and the community as a whole. We provide the space and you provide the rest. Each 8-foot space is available for a $25 fee plus a door prize with a minimum $10 value. All spaces are located inside and table locations will be assigned based on the date this form is received. You may bring one table up to 8 feet long. No electricity will be available. Now for the details: -‐ Only one vendor of any type will be allowed (one Mary Kay, one Pampered Chef, etc.) -‐ Door prizes will be drawn by you at your table and announced/posted by the PTCC throughout the day. Please bring whatever drawing slips you would like to use. -‐ If the door prize is related to your business, it must be a tangible and standalone prize that does not require any other purchase to use. For example, you cannot provide a gift certificate for $10 off a $50 purchase, but you can provide a $10 gift card good for any purchase. -‐ Products/goods at your table, and your presence, must abide by the Slippery Rock School District rules (no alcohol, drugs, tobacco, weapons) -‐ If a registration payment is made by check and the check is returned for insufficient funds, you will be responsible for the initial registration cost plus all fees (bank, postage, etc) incurred to recoup the original check amount. -‐ REGISTRATION: For SRAE parent/guardian-owned businesses, registration opens January 15. Registration will open to extended family and the public on January 26.
