INVITATION
It is our great pleasure and honor to extend you the invitation for participation in the
“International Boxing Tournament BOXAM 2015” which will be held from May 04th to of May 10th
2015 at the city of Cartagena (Murcia), Spain.
CARTAGENA (MURCIA), has been selected to host the “International Boxing Tournament BOXAM
2015” due to its great importance as a boxing center of the country. It is also a tourist city
with an important sports center of Spain.

4. ELIGIBILITY OF BOXER AND AGE CLASSIFICATION
Age Classification:
Boxers (Men and Women) between the ages of 19 and
40 will be eligible to compete (born between January 1,
1996 and December 31, 1975)
Men 10 Weight Categories:
46-49kg, 52kg, 56kg, 60kg, 64kg, 69kg, 75kg, 81kg,
91kg, 91+kg
Women 5 Weight Categories:
51kg, 54kg, 60kg, 64kg, 75kg
Weight Classification:
5. COMPOSITION OF OFFICIAL DELEGATION:
Each Team Delegation can have the following number of officials:
1 – 3 Boxers 1 coach + 1 official +1 R/J AIBA.
4 – 6 Boxers 2 coach + 1 official +1 R/J AIBA.
7 – 15 Boxers 3 coach + 1 official +1 R/J AIBA.
6. NUMBER OF ROUNDS:
Men: Three (3) rounds of three (3) minutes, one (1) minute rest between rounds
Women: Four (4) rounds of two (2) minutes, one (1) minute rest between rounds
7. SCORING SYSTEM
AIBA Scoring System - 10 Point Must-Scoring System will be used.
8. REFEREES AND JUDGES
R&J are sent by National Federations.
For the fair – play and successful competition, it is highly recommended to NFs to bring their AIBA R&J
– 1, 2 or 3 Stars.

9. REGISTRATION FORMS
Please filled the all attached forms, print and send them all back to the Organizing
Committee, signed by the National Federation’s President or Secretary General till:
a. For Preliminary Entry Registration: Send scanned preliminary registration forms by e-mail
until 15 MARCH 2015 to [email protected]; [email protected].
b. For Final Entry Registration: Send scanned final registration forms by e-mail
until 15 APRIL 2015 to [email protected]; [email protected].
c. For Travel Details: Send scanned the travel details form by e-mail
until 15 APRIL 2015 to [email protected]; [email protected].
10. REQUIREMENTS
a) All Boxers must bring along with them:
• Record book with annual medicals duly completed and updated
• Current and valid Passport
b) Each Team Delegation must bring the following:
• National flag 1x1.5 m
• National anthem (on MP3 or CD)
c) Boxer’s Uniform:
Each boxer must bring two sets of uniform.
The colors of these two sets of uniform must be in accordance with AIBA Technical and
Competition Rules.
11. TRANSPORTATION
All the delegates will be welcomed at Internacional Airport Alicante / Airtport Murcia-San Javier
by the staff of the Organizing Committee to be transported to the Hotel. The Organizing
Committee will provide local transportation to all participants between the airport and the hotel and
the competition venue free of charge. Each National Federation will organize and pay for the travel
arrangements for their athletes and officials from their country to and from Internacional Airport
Alicante / Airtport Murcia-San Javier to their country.

12. ACCOMMODATION
A. Room Rates for Team Delegations are as follows:

The room rates are provided for the tournament period only and apply from May 04 to May 10, 2015.
B. Payment of Hotel Room Charges:
All travel expenses must be covered by participating teams. The Spanish Boxing Federation will provide
local transportations for all the teams the 04th and the 10th of May. The teams arriving before 04 May
and leaving after 10 May must supply their accommodation and meal costs of 100 EURO per person,
per day.
All participating federations are required to pay of the total amount for their accommodation by bank
transfer on 25 April, 2015 at the latest to:

13. INSURANCE
All participants are requested to get their own travel and medical insurance.

14. VISA
Those countries that need entry visas for Spain must send us:
1. list with the names of participants,
2. birth dates
3. the passport numbers
4. Copies of passport
Not later than 10 April 2015 and contact Embassy of Spain in their countries in advance or the nearest
Consulate of Spain in neighboring countries. The organizing committee will provide all the necessary
facilities for all the participating countries to enter into Spain. To ensure and speed up the visa
application process, please remind to fill in the final Entry form carefully and send it to the organizing
committee in due time. Based on this form the organizing committee will issue a formal visa support letter
to facilitate the visa procedure.
