Ms. Diaz is responsible for advisory services in investment and asset management across all major asset classes. Prior to joining Catella, she has been working as asset, fund and investment manager and country manager France at Luresa Inmobiliaria, a Banco Santander affiliate, for 15 years. She holds a degree in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Master’s degree in Real Estate from Instituto de Empresa de Madrid. CRISTINA GARCIA-PERI General Manager, Hispania Activos Inmobiliarios, Madrid Speaker Hispania REIT/SOCIMI was floated in March 2014 with €550m in equity by independent fund manager Azora. In addition to her role at Hispania, Ms. García-Peri is head of corporate development for Azora. She previously worked with Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan where she started her career in investment banking. She held various positions in M&A and was MD responsible for corporate equity derivatives EMEA and equity capital markets Spain and Portugal. She holds a B.A. in Economics from ICADE and an MBA from Harvard Business School. MAURICE KELLY Head of Office Capital Markets, Madrid, JLL, Spain Speaker Global real estate group JLL employs over 48,000 staff in 70 nations, and in Spain is one of the largest advisers. Mr. Kelly is responsible for international investors on both buy and sell side. He has extensive experience in investment and development land transactions, having valued and sold over €1.5bn of land. He was part of the team that disposed of Ireland’s largest site ever for €412m. Joining JLL Spain in 2008 he has been involved in numerous transactions in both Madrid and Barcelona. He has a Bachelor of Science (BSc Surv) from Trinity College, Dublin, and is a member of RICS. PETR ZEMCIK Director, Economic Research, Moody’s Analytics, London Speaker Moody’s Analytics, a unit of Moody’s Corporation, is a leading global provider of data, analysis, modeling and forecasts on national and regional economies and credit risk. Dr. Zemcik is responsible for analysis, modeling, and forecasting in Europe, and also supervises real-time coverage for the Dismal Scientist website. He previously worked at CERGE-EI in Prague, a joint project of the Center for Economic Research and Graduate Education of Charles University and the Economics Institute of the Czech Academy of Sciences.
