Hebrews 11:1-3,6 (NLV)
Now faith is being sure we will get what we hope
for. It is being sure of what we cannot see.
God was pleased with the men who had faith who
lived long ago.
Through faith we understand that the world was
made by the Word of God. Things we see were
made from what could not be seen.
A man cannot please God unless he has faith.
Anyone who comes to God must believe that He
is. That one must also know that God gives what
is promised to the one who keeps on looking for
Him.

NITROKIDS MINISTRY TEAMS
WORLD DAY OF PRAYER
The Connect Lounge is open every
Sunday morning after the service for
those who are new to the church and
wish to connect with other new people
and to meet with people who can
answer any questions regarding our
church life. New families are
encouraged to go there for a number of
weeks to get to know others in a similar
position. Also, if you are interested in
joining or starting a LifeGroup there
will be someone there to sign you up or
answer any questions you might have.

Letters and notes of appreciation to
Pastor Mike for his 5 years of ministry
here at Berwick Church can be given to
Admin staff in the Office. Staff will be
happy to forward to Mike & Sue and
family.
Our fantastic Nitrokids children's
ministry is up and running for the year
and we've been encouraged already by
the response of several young people
and parents to the invitation of being
involved with our children's ministry
team. However, even with our new
parent helpers roster starting up soon,
we simply do not have enough team
members at this stage to cover our
quickly growing Little Sparks,
Wonderkids and Nitrokids groups after
February.
This year’s service will be held at
Berwick Anglican Church, 55 Peel
Street on Friday, March 6 at 10.45 am.
Everyone is welcome! The speaker is
Fiona Oates and the theme, “Do You
Know What I Have Done to You?”
The service has been written by The
Bahamas WDP Committee. See poster
on the notice board for more details.

This is our theme for the first meeting
for 2015 as the 'Friendship Group'
meets together next Wednesday,
February 11 at 1.30pm in the Connect
Lounge. What does 'treasure' mean to
you? If you have some little treasures
you would like to 'show & tell' - bring
them with you! Your 'treasure' may be
a special memory or an event that is
meaningful to you. We will enjoy each
other's 'treasures' and have some fun as
well! Bring some afternoon tea to
share. Although Friendship Group is
part of the Seniors Ministry, all are
welcome to join us. New programmes
are available on the notice board.

what's involved in being part of this

We are trusting God to raise up just the
right people from our church family to

and church each Sunday and we're
excited about the big things He is going
to do in these little lives in 2015.
