MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTIONIST: Full time or hourly position based in Front Royal, VA. Incumbent prepares in final form psychiatric evaluations, progress notes, various letters, and miscellaneous reports dictated by physicians. These reports are transcribed directly into an Electronic Health Record (EHR). Incumbent must have the ability to communicate and relate effectively with professional and paraprofessional staff; to comprehend medical and pharmaceutical terminology in relation to medical and psychiatric transcription; and to maintain strict confidentiality. Certification in medical transcription or a combination of training and experience indicating ability to perform essential job functions. General knowledge of office procedures and equipment along with experience with Microsoft Office® Word and Excel is required. A typing test will be given at the time of the interview. CRISIS SERVICES THERAPISTS – Full time positions and PRN as needed positions with 24-hour, mandated program based in Front Royal, VA and serving the counties of Frederick, Clarke, Warren, Page, Shenandoah, and the City of Winchester. Requires a Master’s degree in a relevant human services field, with eligibility for LCSW or LPC in Virginia. Will receive on the job, specialized training to qualify as Certified Prescreener. Position requires strong clinical and problem solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Shift to be determined, but could include evenings, nights or weekends. PRN VAN DRIVERS: On call, substitute positions for a psychosocial rehabilitation program serving clients with long- term mental illness. Responsible for driving an agency van to provide transportation for members to and from the program based in New Market, VA. May also be required to drive to other program sponsored outings. CHILDREN’S INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY CASE MANAGER: Full time position based in Front Royal, VA. Provides case management for an assigned caseload of intellectually disabled individuals. Develops, implements and reviews service plans, working with community resources to meet client needs; and maintains client records. Requires Bachelor degree in relevant human services field and status of QMHP. MENTAL HEALTH CASE MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR: - Position based in Shenandoah County and requires travel to Frederick and Page County offices with mileage reimbursement. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operation and oversight of all Case Management Services for Adults delivered from the outpatient clinic locations. This position provides in conjunction with other supervisory staff for the administrative and clinical supervision Adult Mental Health Case Managers, represents the agency within the communities served, and maintains a small direct service caseload at the discretion of the incumbent. Requires Master’s degree in human services field. Incumbent must be either an LCSW or LPC, or be eligible for LCSW or LPC, in Virginia. Salaries are based on experience and qualifications.
