Best Paper Award by Indian Dairy Association (IDA), New Delhi
The scientists from Dairy Microbiology Department, Sheth M.C. College of
Dairy Science, AAU, Anand, Dr. Subrota Hati, Dr. J.B. Prajapati have been
awarded SECOND BEST PAPER which was published in the "Dairy
Processing Area" in the Indian Dairyman, Vol. 65 (5): 62-69 for the calendar
year 2013. The technical paper is entitled "Biofunctional Whey based
Beverages". The award is to be presented on 21st February, 2015 on the
occasion of 43rd Dairy Industry Conference to be held in the Science City,
Kolkata.
