The quotation should be marked as “Office furniture for Nashik Audit
Office”Separatelyand addressed to the Chairman, Local Purchase Committee at Nashik i.e.
„The Assistant Commissioner, Nashik, Circle 5, Nagpur Audit- II Commissionerate
Aurangabad, Building No 2, 1st Floor, Jande Park, Takali road, Dwaraka Nashik.422011.
The bidders should have to submit catalogues, make, and model number of furniture along
with price details.
The Bid Security (EMD) of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees. Ten Thousands only) should be paid by
Demand Draft in favour of Commissioner of Central Excise, Customs & Service Tax,
Nagpur Audit-II, Aurangabad, payable at Aurangabad. The same will be returned after
completion of bid process.
The quotation must contain detailed information of the Model, Rate and Warranty Period. The
minimum onsite guarantee / warranty period will be three years
The last Date for submission of quotations is 10-02-2015 till 15:00 Hrs. Quotations received
after the said date and time will be summarily rejected.
The rates quoted should also indicate applicable taxes, if any, separately. Rates must be
shown in figures as well as in words.
The quotations should be signed by the authorized person and his full name and status should
be indicated below his signature.
All alterations in the rates should be signed in ink otherwise the quotation/tender will not be
considered.
The quotations should be valid for at least for 30 (Thirty) days.
Details of local “After Sales Service Facility” including name, address, contact Nos. etc.
should also be furnished with the quotation.
Number of furniturepurchased may be less or more than the quantity specified above.
All the above mentioned items shall be supplied at the premises coming under the jurisdiction
of this office at Nashik, Nagpur Audit-II Commissionerate, Aurangabad.
The tendering authority reserves every right to accept / reject / change the above tender notice
partly or wholly at any without assigning any reason.
