Updated 2/1/15 Class descriptions: Straight Up Strength/Supersculpt: This class incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, and core exercises. –All level class Arthritis Foundation Exercise This class is for participants who struggle with Arthritis and want to keep moving/gain strength. Body Combat This Les Mills class is an empowering Cardio workout that is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai chi and Muay Thai..-All level. Boot Camp This class includes cardio, bands and weights and includes sports like drills. Int/Advanced Level class AM Energizer This class includes bouts of cardio in between strength sessions for the early morning participants. –All level class Knockout This class is a mix of cardio-kickboxing and strength training followed by abs. –All level class Sh’bam: This Les Mills class is a fun and cardio dance based class. Class includes a variety of music from different genres and choreography to match. - All level class. S.M.A.C.K. down This class includes explosive step, muscle toning, athletic moves, and cardio- kickboxing.-All level class “Worthy Workouts”© This class is a unique circuit training class including explosive cardio, strength and core routines based on the book Worthy Workouts.-All level class H.E.A.T. (High Energy Resistance Training) This class which combines cardio and strength and class uses weights, bands, stability balls and steps.- All lev Awesome Abs This class focuses on core strengthening by providing a variety of exercises on the mat. .-All level class Tap Out Boot Camp This class includes cardio intervals combined with functional movements and drills.—intermediate-Advanced Level class Wake Up Call This class is a mix of high and low intensity cardio that will help increase stamina and endurance. - All level class Cardio Blast This class is a mix of high and low intensity cardio interval training that will help increase stamina and endurance. –All level class Extreme circuit This is a circuit class consisting of 12 stations which include agility, resistance, cardio, endurance and strength. . –All level class R.I.P.P.E.D. Express: This 45 minute R.I.P.P.E.D express class is a fun, innovative and highly effective approach to high intensity training in one workout. R = Resistance, I = Intervals, P = Power, P= Plyometrics, E = Endurance, D = Diet & Nutrition – All Level Class Cardio Cross Training: This class includes intervals of cardio and strength exercises utilizing equipment such as weights, tubing and the stability ball. This class is challenging but achievable for all levels. –All level class Body Fusion This class includes light cardiovascular work, total body resistance work with bands and ends with yoga & relaxation. –All level class Joyful Fitness which includes low impact aerobic dancing, stretching, and relaxation. Stretching &Stability This class includes stretching and balance exercises using straps, blocks and the barre.- All level class Integrated Strength This class includes toning of glutes, chest & back and core work.-All level class-beginner level class Training Day This is more athletic and drill based class and also focuses on functional strength training. - Intermediate/Advanced level class. Parkinson’s Foundation Exercise This class is for participants with PD or any movement disorder. Beginning in chairs and then moving to standing exercise, this class will help ease symptoms of PD. Piloxing This class uniquely mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a fat torching and muscle sculpting core centric interval workout. –All level class Jillian Michaels Body Shred. This high intensity and endurance based workout includes 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abs. R.E.P. (Repetition, Endurance and Power) This class includes intervals of cardio and strength exercises utilizing equipment such as weights, tubing and the stability ball.
