NEW CLASSES AND OPPORTUNITIES
RESTORATIVE YOGA
An “active relaxation” class to help nourish and rest the body and mind.
Perfect for those who want a very gentle practice to de-stress, relieve
tension and regain quality of life.
PiYo® LIVE
Combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the
strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You’ll use your body
weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every
single muscle—big and small.
FAMILY FITNESS
(FAMILY) Classes marked with this symbol are suitable for families. All other
group exercise classes are open to ages 13 years and older. Ages 9-12 can
participate if standing beside a parent/guardian.
GROUP EXERCISE ORIENTATION
New to group exercise and nervous about giving it a try? Call or stop by
the front desk to set up a personalized orientation. Get acquainted with
group exercise equipment and terminology. For all fitness levels.

You’ve seen the commercials, maybe own the DVDs, but INSANITY® isn't
just a 60-day, cardio-based program—it's the newest bootcamp at the Y!
Instructors are certified through fitness expert, Shaun T’s program that
takes total-body conditioning to an extreme level. Fitness assessments will
be taken on Week 1 and again on Week 4 to see your progress! Bootcamp
fees apply.

PRIVATE GROUP EXERCISE
Choose one or more of your favorite group exercise classes and enjoy a
customized class to meet your needs. Meet with an instructor one-on-one
or with a few friends. Personal, partner or group training fees apply.
