worldview, apologetics, and Christian relationships. Lila Rose, Josh McDowell, Ravi Zacharias,
John Stonestreet, and Dr. Jeff Myers provide an evening of thought-provoking discussion to inspire
Christians to engage culture by living out their faith in their marketplace, government, schools, family,
and other spheres of influence. "Awake, O Sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall shine
upon you and give you light." - Ephesians 5:14
CBC Women’s Book Club meets monthly, the last Tuesday of the month. The
next discussion will be Feb 24th on Gary Chapman’s book The Five Love
Languages. Please sign up at the back table to reserve a book. Pick up and pay for

We will be showing lots of pictures and have some delicious ethnic food. We also will have some craft
items made by some of the girls available for purchase, such as necklaces, bracelets, baskets, and
floor mats. We would love to see you there!
RSVP is an organization of retired and semi-retired men and women aged 55 and over who have
chosen to include volunteerism as a part of their daily routine. RSVP is looking for volunteers to
participate in the “Women’s Prison PACT program”, 3rd Saturday, monthly. Volunteers assist women
and children with youth crafts and meal preparation. Carol Erickson states “going to the PACT House
is so wonderful as you meet the children and inmates who really need us. The time spent with those
at the PACT House makes you feel like a million dollars”. Carol looks forward to her monthly visit and
wants you to try this volunteer opportunity as well. Call Carol, 222-8073.

WHAT WE BELIEVE
~ That Jesus is the Son of God who became a man to die for the sins of the whole world; He was raised
from the dead and ascended back to heaven; He is coming again. (1 Corinthians 15: 1-8) ~ That the Bible
is the inspired word of God, and is the only authority for our faith (what we believe) and practice (how we
are to live). (2 Timothy 3:16) ~ That every person has worth as a creation of God, but that all have sinned
and fallen short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23) ~ That forgiveness of sins, the promise of eternal life
and an abundant life are available to those who believe that Jesus Christ is Savior and Lord. (John 3:16)
~ That those accepting Christ shall repent of sin, confess faith, and be baptized into Him. (Romans 10:9;
Acts 2:38) ~ That the Church exists to provide for the spiritual growth of the people and to see that the
Gospel is preached to everyone. (Ephesians 4:1-16) ~ That Jesus Christ will one day return to earth and
reign forever as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.(1 Thessalonians 4:13-18)
CBC is providing WiFi Internet access to CBC family in order to enrich the teaching of
Biblical material during Sunday morning services, Sunday school hour and weekly Bible studies.
