Warrant Register RECOMMENDATION: Approve Warrant Register No. 597 for February 10, 2015, in the amount of $ 1, 003, 953. 88 and Payroll of $74, 803.28. CI Treasurer' s Report for December 2014 Received and filed the Treasurer's Report for December 2014. Come Home to Highland" Program Report for the Period of January 1, 2014, to December 31, 2014 RECOMMENDATION: That the City Council receive and file the report. That the City Council consider the following actions: Approve a request by the Highland Area Chamber of Commerce for co- sponsorship and waiving of City fees in the amount of approximately 2, 575. 94; and 2. 7. Authorize staff to install a street banner for the event across Base Line. A Reauest for Co-sponsorship for the Second Annual 4th of July Communit Event on July 4, 2015 RECOMMENDATION: 1. 8. That the City Council consider the following action: Approve a request by Immanuel Baptist Church for co- sponsorship and waiving of City Police fees in the amount of approximately $ 3, 569. 06. 2015/ 2016 Work Program RECOMMENDATION: That the City Council adopt the 2015/ 2016 Work Program. 9. Sheriff's Department Contract for Work Release Program RECOMMENDATION: That the City Council discuss the Sheriff's Department Contract for Work Release Program. 10. Construction Manaaement Services for 5th Street Improvements Proiect ( Phase 1 — Proiect No. str07002) RECOMMENDATION: 1. That the City Council: Approve the proposal from TKE to provide construction management Project services for the 5th Street Improvement Project ( Phase 1 — str07002), at a not -to -exceed fee of $241, 525; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to approve contract amendments up to 10% of the contract amount. 11. Update on SANBAG.
