Working locations might include London, Liverpool, and Scotland. As CM, you’ll have overall responsibility for the management and delivery of your assigned projects. You will make sure that they are completed with care and safety, while meeting time deadlines and standards, and ensuring that the project remains on budget. You will build relationships with your team and ensure that the most effective and efficient utilisation of your people and your resources to get the project completed to the highest standard. You liaise with Construction Directors to ensure all sites are adequately resourced, and you will develop Construction Programmes and methodology with assistance from the Contracts Planner to communicate to site management. Communicating with Site Management to ensure adequate labour and sub contractor resource is provided and maintained on site will also be a vital part of your duties. You will have plenty of opportunities to travel, both for new projects, and to attend industry dinners, functions and seminars to represent the company. delegaterecuitment delegaterecuitment.co m REQUISITOS Significant proven experience in a similar role is essential, with experience in managing and completing multiple contract projects. Experience in producing Project Procurement Schedules and placing sub contract orders is also essential. Experience of OHSAS18001/Safe-T T-Cert management system, and experience of IS) 9001 and ISO 14001 is also required as well as knowledge of CDM regulations and CPD requirements. The successful candidate will be able to ensure issue and approval of Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan before beginning of project work, and they will be able to administer the project in accordance with contractual conditions. You will also be expected to produce reports for Project Progress Meetings for approval and present these reports at client meetings. Experience in arranging and chairing Technical and Progress meetings is desired, as well as considerable knowledge of health, safety and welfare responsibilities and implementing them as per company policies. You will be expected to continually develop your knowledge of innovative construction techniques and products, in order to enhance business and fulfil company CPD requirements. You will also participate in pre--tender submissions and interviews, complete staff and performance assessments, and maintain relationships and contacts with clients and ensure that opportunities for future projects are followed up. Experiencia: Significant previous experience in a similar role.
