Dear brothers and sisters,
Queridos hermanos y hermanas,
As we begin the Jubilee Year of Mercy I want to
express to each and every one of you my profound
gratitude for your countless generosity and love for Saint
Juliana Parish. As stewards of your generosity, the
finance council and I want to assure you of how careful
we are in handling the day by day finances of the parish.
This is the reason today we are very pleased to publish
the annual financial report of the Parish for your
information. I want to encourage you to take the insert in
the bulletin and read it carefully and if you should have
any question please feel free to contact a member of the
finance council through the parish office for further
information.
Even though most of you might have an idea of
our financial situation, it is imperative for me to share
with you our commitment to carry out our responsibility
to the highest standards of accountability. I am very
fortunate to be guided by many prominent and
professional people from the financial council to help me
to be more fiscally responsible as we continue to fulfill
faithfully our ministries. I always admire their work and
advice.
I am very aware of the sacrifices you have made
to provide generously for the parish in order to fulfill the
corporal and spiritual works of mercy to the people
entrusted to our care. Your countless efforts are much
appreciated and will be rewarded by the Lord who has
called us to be good stewards. Meanwhile I want from
the bottom of my heart to thank you for your continued
efforts.
For almost three years I have been privileged to
serve as your priest here at Saint Juliana, it is a very
interesting and enriching experience for me. During this
period of time together we have gone through many
challenges and overcome many obstacles. Also, we have
been granted with many opportunities to responsibly and
prayerfully minister to the community. Everything has
been possible because of your prayer, and your generous
and sacrificial gifts. With your help we have served this
parish which has become a spiritual refuge for many. As
we are seeking for joy on this Third Sunday of Advent, I
pray that God our Father will fill you and your families
with blessing and joy.
Al comenzar el Año Jubilar de la Misericordia quiero
expresarle a todos y cada uno de ustedes mi profunda gratitud
por su gran generosidad y amor por la parroquia Santa
Juliana. Como administradores de su generosidad, el consejo
de finanzas y yo queremos asegurarles lo cuidadosos que
somos en el manejo diario de las finanzas de la parroquia.
Esta es la razón por la cual hoy estamos muy contentos de
publicar el informe financiero anual de la parroquia para su
información. Quiero animarles a tomar el volante que tenemos
en el boletín y lo lean cuidadosamente y si acaso tienen
algunas preguntas no duden en contactar un miembro del
consejo de asuntos económicos a través de la oficina de la
parroquia.
A pesar de que la mayoría de ustedes tienen una idea
de nuestra situación financiera, es importante para mí
compartir con ustedes nuestro compromiso para llevar a cabo
responsablemente el rendirles cuenta con los más altos
estándares. Me siento muy afortunado de ser guiado por
muchas prominentes y profesionales personas del consejo
financiero que me ayudan a que ser más responsable
fiscalmente mientras que seguimos llevar a cabo fielmente
nuestros ministerios. Siempre admiro su trabajo y consejos.
Estoy muy consciente de los sacrificios que están
haciendo por compartir generosamente con la parroquia para
que cumplamos con las obras corporales y espirituales de
misericordia para el pueblo confiado a nuestro cuidado. Sus
innumerables esfuerzos son muy apreciados y serán
recompensados por el Señor que nos ha llamado a ser buenos
administradores. Mientras tanto, yo quiero desde el fondo de
mi corazón, darles las gracias por sus incesantes esfuerzos.
Por casi tres años he tenido el privilegio de servirles
como su sacerdote aquí en Santa Juliana, y es una experiencia
muy interesante y enriquecedora para mí. Durante este
período de tiempo, juntos hemos pasado por muchos desafíos y
superado muchos obstáculos. Además, se nos han concedido
muchas oportunidades de trabajar responsablemente y en
oración con la comunidad. Todo ha sido posible gracias a su
oración, y a sus generosas contribuciones.
Con su
tremendamente ayuda hemos servido a esta parroquia que se
ha convertido en un refugio espiritual para muchos. Como
estamos buscando la alegría en este Tercer Domingo de
Adviento, ruego para que Dios nuestro Padre les llene a
ustedes y sus familias con muchas bendiciones y alegría.

We want to take this opportunity to thank
you all for your most generous support for
the Thanksgiving Drive.
We served 89 boxes full of Thanksgiving
food, 150 turkeys, and 252 cooked meals to the needy of the
parish, shut-ins, elderly and homeless that come to the
Social Ministry Office on an ongoing basis.
May the Lord reward you all for your good heart and most
loving sacrifices. God bless!

the name of the Church. Victims/survivors and their
families who have been affected by such abuse are invited

St. Juliana Council of Catholic Women is sponsoring their "ANNUAL CHRISTMAS BAKE SALE"
on Sunday, December 20, 2015, in the school Cafeteria, from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
We will have all kinds of delicious homemade goodies. Come join the fun and let us do
your holiday baking. Santa will be available for pictures.
We will also have a craft booth for last minute gifts and a 50/50 raffle. For further
