INFRASTRUCTURE CONSORTIUM FOR AFRICA (ICA) AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT BANK REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST PRODUCTION OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING TRENDS IN AFRICA – 2014 REPORT The Secretariat of the Infrastructure Consortium for Africa (ICA) hosted by the African Development Bank will require the services of a suitably qualified consultant firm to provide consultancy services for the ‘PRODUCTION OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING TRENDS IN AFRICA – 2014 REPORT The main objective of the assignment would be to produce (Research & Write) the report in collaboration with the ICA Secretariat. The report which is produced annually by the ICA is a key publication of strategic importance to the objectives of the ICA. The report provides information on annual financial commitments/investments and disbursements towards infrastructure development in Africa. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). The Consulting Firm shall have been in existence for at least five years as a firm with considerable experience in management consulting covering, development research/consulting, programme planning, monitoring & evaluation and analytical work. African Regional experience and an understanding of the Infrastructure sector in Africa, as well as previous experience in producing similar reports within the international development finance landscape are essential. Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank’s “Procedures for the Acquisition of Consulting Services. The African Development Bank Group is under no obligation to shortlist any firm who expresses interest.
