CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
At Cinépolis© our Corporate Social Responsibility reflects our commitment to the well-being of our people, the
environment, business ethics, and a fairer society.
Our main CSR program “Del Amor Nace la Vista©” (Sight is born out of love) is aimed at curing
cataracts in scarce resources communities throughout Mexico. To date more than 24,093 have regained
sight.

Another CSR program is “Vamos Todos a Cinépolis©” (Let’s all go to Cinépolis) which has
taken 3.1 million children from poor communities to the movies since 1998.
We have created expression forums for young filmmakers such as the contest “Hazlo en
Corto-metraje” (Do it in short film) and the “Festival Internacional de Cine en Derechos
Humanos” (International Film Festival of Human Rights).
