The unparalleled rich heritage and vibrant culture of Rajasthan are looking forward for your
presence at the Indian Association of Cardiovascular Thoracic Anaesthesiologists (IACTA‐2015)
conference to be held from February 20-22nd, 2015, in the enchanting 'Pink City' of India, Jaipur.
The conference will be held at the B.M. Birla Auditorium, which is spacious and well equipped to
support such a mega conference.
The Conference will provide a platform for evidence based educative scientific program studded with
lectures, symposia, panel discussions, interactive workshops and original research paper

advancement in cardiac anaesthesia and perioperative care. The first day of the conference, Feb.20,
will be dedicated to refresher course both adult and paediatric cardiac anaesthesia. We have

Instructions for Registration :
1. Registration fee for delegate includes : Delegate Kit, Program Book and
Admission to Scientific Sessions, Trade Exhibition, Inaugural and Cultural
Functions, Lunch, Dinner and Service tax as per govt. regulations.
2. Post Graduate students should submit a letter from HOD along with the
Registration form.
3. Conference Registration is mandatory to participate in the workshop.

Venue : The Elegant B.M. Birla Auditorium is the venue for the Conference. It is located in the heart of the Pink CityJaipur amidst beautiful surroundings & is well equipped to support such a mega conference. The auditorium has an
outwardly look of the traditional Rajput architecture and grandeur and also boasts of all amenities of a contemporary
conference venue.
Registration :
· Counters would be arranged according to the
Registration Number in the main foyer at B. M. Birla
Auditorium from 8.00 am onwards on the 20th and 21st
February, 2015.
· Upon arrival you will have to submit your ID
proof/registration letter at the Registration Counter to
collect your personalized card /Identity Badge from
your respective registration counters.

Separate counters will be arranged for Faculty.
On Spot Registrations: Counters at the venue will be

functional from 8.00 am onwards on the 20 and 21 of
February, 2015 for on spot registration.
Scientific & Trade Exhibition: A Wide variety of
anesthetics, pharmaceutical and medical equipment
manufacturers with their state-of-art products will be on
display at the trade exhibition. A visit to the exhibition
will provide you with the opportunity of having a look at
new products and their details.
Cloak Room : Cloak Room facility will be provided to the
delegates between 8.30 am to 6 pm where you can keep
your luggage and bags. All your belongings will be tagged
& looked after. The Cloak Room shall be available in the
trade area.
Weather: In Jaipur February is usually pleasant with
temperatures ranging from 20o-25oC.
Security guidelines and Venue entry :
Transport: Shuttle buses to the venue will be provided
from specified hotels. Transport to banquet will be
available from the conference venue on 21st February
from 7.00pm onwards.
· Badges: The conference identity badge provided to
the delegates must be worn at all times. For security
purposes, entry will be denied to anyone not wearing the
conference badge.
Arrival/Departure: All International and Domestic
flights will arrive at and depart from the Sanganer
International airport, Jaipur. Conference venue is at a
distance of 11kms from the airport. Prepaid taxi facility
is available at airport.
· Coupons are required for entry to the dining area and
banquet.
Inauguration: The conference Inauguration is scheduled
to be held on February 20, 2015 at 5.45 pm in the main
auditorium.
Help Desk at Venue: The delegates can approach the
Help Desk for any assistance regarding registration,
topography of the venue or any query.
Preview Room :
· Preview room is located on the First Floor and will be
available from 7:30 am – 5:00 pm on all days.
Travel Desk: This facility will be available in the main
foyer to assist the delegates in planning their
tours/visits to places in and around Jaipur.
· Presentation material should be deposited in the
preview room at least one day prior to your scheduled
presentation.
Language: The official language of the conference is
English.
