Samir Mehta, MD Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery & Chief of Orthopaedic Trauma at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Mehta’s clinical expertise and interests include trauma surgery, total joint arthroplasty,and spine surgery. His basic science research interests are in biomechanics and orthobiologics. Dr. Mehta took an active role as a volunteer in the earthquake relief effort in Cange, Haiti.
