To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing to you on behalf of the Royal Wilson Marching Alliance and Wilson Instrumental Music Club,
Inc. The RWMA is the band and color guard unit from Glen A. Wilson High School in Hacienda Heights,
California and consists of over 80 students. Since its inception in 1966, it has been the mission of the
Wilson Marching Band and its auxiliary groups - Color Guard, Jazz Band, Percussion Ensemble, Concert
Band, and Wind Ensemble - to support Glen A. Wilson High School through participation in school
sporting events and rallies, and to act as ambassadors for Glen A. Wilson High School, the community of
Hacienda Heights, and the larger Southern California area at competitions, civic, and cultural events and
concert venues throughout the country and abroad. The WIM Club is a parent-booster organization with
a non-profit status (Tax ID # 237008907). We are currently planning our 14th Annual Family Feast, a
silent auction dinner that will be held on Friday, March 20, 2015 at 6:30pm on our campus. Last year, we
were very successful in collecting donations of prizes for our Silent and Live Auctions and Raffle and
were able to raise approximately $3500 for equipment and expenses for our end-of-the-year awards
banquet. We are asking local and nationwide merchants for donations to help our cause and hope you
are willing to help us. In return, you will be recognized in our program for this event. Any contribution
