Aluseal AC100
Advantages of Cellrod are:
- Provides firm backing for sealant tooling
- Rot proof and non-absorbent

- Able to withstand joint movement

Fiberboard
Flexprime PS100
Closed cell polyethylene backing rod to prevent
three way adhesion and support the sealant.
Compressible sheet manufactured from bitumen
impregnated wood fibers used as a joint filler
Advantages of Fiberboard:
- Excellent recovery after compression
- Will not extrude under compression
- Easy to handle and cut
Aluminum covers placed over the joint to protect
and conceal the sealant.
Flexprime PS100 is a two part epoxy based
universal primer which can be used for
polysulphide sealants within the Flexseal range.
Advantages of Flexprime PS100:
- Used for porous and non-porous substrates
- Increases the bond strength
- Application while still tacky
