PATRICK’S Glencullen On Sunday May 10th, Sandyford Parish are heading back to the track for another wonderful day of food, racing and excitement at Leopardstown. Last year over €35,000.00 was raised to help restore Our Lady of the Wayside and it was a most enjoyable day for all who came. The proceeds from this coming event will go towards the ongoing maintenance and care of our 3 beautiful Churches. St. Mary’s, Our Lady of the Wayside and St. Patrick’s. Come and support your local parish and take in the wonderful atmosphere of spring racing. Tables of 10 can be purchased for €1,000.00 and individual tickets are available for €100.00. A ticket includes a 3 course meal, race card, tips and more. With Candles in their hands the people go out to meet the Lord and to acclaim with Simeon, who recognized Christ as “a light to reveal God to the nations.” If you would like Candles blessed for your home please bring them to 10am in St. Mary’s on Monday. ********** TUESDAY 3RD The Feast of St. Blaise Throats will be blessed after 10am Mass in St. Mary’s. Adoration between 10.30am to 9pm concluding with guided Holy Hour 8pm.
