WELCOME
Welcome back to North Beach Soccer Club for the 2015 season. We are pleased to advise that
registrations are now open for both pre-registered and returning members only. Any remaining
places will be made available to new players from February 7 2015.
2015 fees have been adjusted to take account of the annual increase in fees that we remit to
Football West and also the increase in costs incurred by the Club for day to day operations. Due
to the rapid growth in our membership base we are also now required to pay GST.
Our fees still represent great value when compared to other sports and clubs.
For ages 8-18 we offer an 18 week season with training and a game, a full kit as well as the
option to participate in Club organized activities and games throughout the year.
Our new in house program in conjunction with Pro Football Training for children aged 6-7 features
one hour of skills development, training and mini games on a Sunday morning to be held at
Charles Riley Reserve. Training will be voluntary with space made available on a Thursday night
for those wishing to have an additional session. These sessions will require parent assistance on
a rotating basis. Interclub games will also be organised at various times throughout the season so
even though we may no longer be in the Football West hub, our little super stars won’t miss out
on representing NBSC against other clubs. Players aged 8 who are new to the sport or would like
an extra year of skills development can also participate in this program in lieu of taking a place in
a team.
Our information day will be Saturday 7th February 2015 from 10am-1pm in the Clubrooms.
Please note that as self-registration online is compulsory this year, we will only be providing
information to prospective members and also accepting payments from those that elect to pay at
the Club.
Training is likely to commence in March (subject to ground availability), with games to begin in
April. Timetables are still being worked out with Football West and all registered players will be
advised of team lists and training times once final teams are known.
The NBSC Committee is also looking for enthusiastic individuals who can help out in the area of
sponsorship co-ordination, social media and website maintenance. If you have skills in these
areas and would like to contribute then please contact a committee member or email

REGISTRATION
SELF REGISTRATION IS NOW MANDATORY!
From 2015 Football West have advised that all registrations are to be done online by the player or the
player’s parent or/guardian. Registrars are unable to log in and register for you so please read the
instructions below carefully before proceeding with your registration.
Information as to how to process your pre-registration deposit of $50 (if paid) and /or your Kidsport
voucher are detailed below.
1. Login:
a) Go to the MyFootballClub website: www.myfootballclub.com.au
b) Click on “Register Now”
c) Select “Player Registration”
d) Follow the prompts to proceed to login pages, find your FFA number and/or reset your password

2. Start Registration
a) Once logged in, select “Make a Registration” or “Register Now”
b) Update contact details if necessary.
c) On the next screen, enter the club name (North Beach Soccer Club)
NB: If you get a message saying there are no packages then click OK and check the club name
d) Select the Registration role as: “Player”
NB: If this is the first time you have registered to play football in Australia you will need to confirm
whether you played in another country
e) Select the correct Registration Package that applies to your registration. Please contact us at
[email protected] if you are unsure. The available options will be based on your age. Please ensure
you select the correct age group

Click the “Add” button.
g) Click the Next button at the bottom of the screen.
h) Read and acknowledge the Terms and Conditions then click Next.

Additional Items- Did you pre-register and/or do you intend to claim a Kidsport deduction?
If YES then click “Purchase additional items” and select the appropriate deduction/s.
You must have paid the $50 pre-registration deposit to claim the discount.
Registrations will be declined where we have no record of this being paid.
You must be eligible for Kidsport in order to claim the deduction. Please check your
local council webpage for requirements. Vouchers must be completed by a
parent/guardian and validated at your local council before being returned to us. This
is not the Club’s responsibility and incomplete vouchers will not be accepted.

Select Pay Online (preferred) to pay with Visa or Mastercard or select manual payment at the Club.
Direct deposits can be made to the Club’s bank account to the account number printed on the
invoice, or we can accept EFTPOS/ Cash payments during our Club Information Day on 7th
February. Please note all fees must be paid prior to a registration being accepted.
Your registration has now been submitted. If you are a new player you will need to email proof of
age (birth certificate or passport) to [email protected] before we can accept your registration.
