FEES & REQUIREMENTS – IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ
Trade Sites are available at the Powercruise 1 Day Powerplay on 7th February 2015 at Queensland Raceway we are pleased to
offer 2 options for traders, standard Trade Site or our Free sites for Businesses who paid for a Trade Site at Powercruise #50.
Site Location & Allocation: Sites are outdoors on the bitumen backing onto the fence along the back of the carports in the
main show & shine area, sites will be allocated on a first in first served basis. Larger sites are available by application & at the
promoter’s discretion. Ensure you purchase/book enough space to include everything you want to display, the draw bar of
your trailer, display vehicles etc.
Power: Minimal power is available and is subject to availability on the day. For powered sites you must supply all of your own
leads, all power leads must have a current test and tag and must be used in accordance with health & safety requirements.
Tents/Cover: You will need to supply your own shade/tent if required, and all tents must be weighted – no pegs in the
bitumen please. If you are having a larger style hoecker constructed by a hire company, you must co-ordinate set up with the
Powercruise office & the company must supply us with a copy of their public liability certificate of currency before construction
begins.
Insurance Requirements: It is the trader’s responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary public liability insurance &
any licences applicable to your product/business, to cover your trade stand and all equipment, you must provide us with a copy
of your certificate of currency for your public liability insurance when you submit your trade site application form, you must also
have a copy available upon request at the event. If you don’t have this, you can purchase a policy from Traders Voice, Ph: 1300
572 722. The policy must mention Powercruise Promotions Pty Ltd, Australian Racing Drivers Club, Queensland Raceway as
interested parties.
Access & Set Up: Gates open at 6am Saturday morning and we ask that you aim to be in the venue and start setup as close to
6am as possible and please don’t pack up until 5pm. No Access or Setup on Friday, you also need to vacate the venue Saturday
Night. Any vehicles that are not entered, or not part of your actual trade site must be left in the trailer parking area, please do
not park them in the main pit and show & shine area as this area is for entrants into the event.
Your Site area must include the draw bar of your trailer if you have one and you must keep all of your items, merchandise,
cars or displays inside your allocated area of space otherwise you may be forced to downsize or be billed for extra space.
Other Important Info: Trade Site and Admission Ticket Fees are non refundable or transferable. Powercruise Promotions Pty
Ltd reserves the right to decline applicants at the promoter’s discretion. Site location/map is indicative only, and is subject to
change on the day if required. By applying for a trade site at Powercruise 1 Day Powerplay you acknowledge and agree to all
conditions and requirements. You must complete this form and submit it to Powercruise before Wednesday 4th February 2015
to secure your place at the 1 Day Powerplay.
How to Book a Site: We do not hold or reserve sites, to secure your trade site at the Powercruise 1 Day Powerplay on 7th
Febryary 2015 simply complete this application form and send it to us with your insurance certificate & full payment (if
applicable). Once we have received your application we will contact you to confirm receipt and access details. Sites with
tickets included will be mailed a pack with tickets.

you release the Australian Auto-Sport Alliance (AASA) and the Venue (including their directors, officers, employees,
contractors, agents and volunteers) from any liability for damages, loss, liability or injury you may suffer in relation to
your attendance at the Venue howsoever caused including due to any negligence or other act or omission of the
Venue. You agree to compensate the Venue for any damage, loss, liability or injury the Venue may suffer as a result
of your willful, reckless, or omissions at the Venue. You are responsible for your own property. The Venue may refuse
you entry into, or remove you from the Venue if you do not obey these terms & conditions, you interfere with the
enjoyment, comfort or safety of other persons, you have a lost, stolen, counterfeit, damaged or unreadable
credential, you acquired your credential from an unauthorised source or if the venue reasonably suspects you of any
of the above.
