Indications for advanced imaging techniques (computed tomography). Exodontia: Indications for extraction. Regional anesthesia and constant rate infusion of sedative/analgesics.Techniques for oral extraction. Surgical extraction of maxillary and mandibular cheek teeth. Equine odontoclastic tooth resorption and hypercementosis. Robert M.
