Professional award winning chefs
At the Cookery School , all of our chef tutors are accomplished,
professional chefs with a wealth of experience within the food industry.
Small group sizes
Classes cater for up to 12 students. Our experienced chef tutors know
that not everyone learns at the same pace, or in the same way and so
whilst you will work together as a group you will also receive plenty of
individual attention.
Hands on training
Our courses are geared to maximising the amount of practical cookery
you will perform during each day. All ingredients are pre-prepared for
you for the start of each day, and a kitchen assistant works to assist
the chef and students throughout the day. We also offer cookery
demonstrations that offer invaluable hints and tips when cooking at home.

Food Centre, which offers a great restaurant, tea room, wine cellar and

Birthday parties - How about celebrating your kids’ special
events with a do it ‘themselves’ party at the Bodnant Cookery
School. The party guests cook three dishes chosen by the
birthday boy or girl under the supervision of one of our chef
tutors, and then eat them together for their party tea in the
