wine on tap is an excellent way to explore small local winemakers being extremely creative and
ecologically minded. each keg holds approximately 25 bottles of wine. just think of all that glass saved!
many of these keg wines are made exclusively for us. we have fun working with some of our favorite
winemakers and you get to try something unique and (hopefully) delicious.

a note on our philosophy:
all of these wineries are small. frequently, they are just one or two people making miniscule amounts
of wine. all of them embrace principles we admire: stewardship of the land, high acid and lower
alcohol. many use native yeast and follow natural winemaking techniques. we like to know the intent
of the vineyard practices, so while not all of these wineries are certified organic or biodynamic, all of
them are farming with thoughts towards the future.
